Kind of depends on your perspective. Some are well-formed and easy to clean-up afterwards. Others are like diarrhea and leave a stinky messy aftermath. Tonight's team feel like a bad case of the sh!ts

Good point. Maybe I'll re-watch the BIlls - Chiefs game....then again, maybe not....a Sabres loss is not very painful to watch anymore...I've become comfortably numb every time they lose.

Looking at the replay, Batherson might have a broken left ankle....or a really bad sprain. He hit the board with his skate with a lot of speed which looks really ugly in freeze frame.....didn't that happen to Gilbert Perreault durring the Canada Cup way back?

I can still root for Sam's success, wherever that may be for him. The only thing that I was a bit surprised on was that he remained in the eastern conference.

I remember him being interviewed shortly after being traded to Buffalo. I believe he described WNY as a well-kept secret in terms of a nice place to live. His addition was part of Meehan's desire to "toughen-up" the Sabres, including the addition of Wilf Paiemont. I wish we could have acquired him sooner than we did.

Let's hope the name "Jack" isn't a curse from the hockey gods. The last one had trouble staying healthy as well.
