I grew up in Buffalo and just moved to Canton a couple years ago. Everyone up here LOVES him. His jersey is framed on walls in a lot of buildings. I’m hearing unfortunately he grew up a Rangers fan (most people up here are Rangers fans)

I think that’s been his motivation. He’s been on a tear since being left off the team.

I almost feel bad for Arizona since the mcdavid/Eichel draft. They totally got screwed by falling to 3.

What would someone like Saros cost us?

Hall was a UFA. Better to get something than nothing I guess. But with Chychrun they can try to trade him again in the off-season.

I think a lot of people out there and on this board are sleeping on Östlund. They continue to mention guys like Kulich and Savoie way ahead of him. I keep seeing people say they are ok with trading him but not certain guys. Östlund is going to be a heck of a player.

I can’t see him helping Drury and the Rangers. But I wish he would take advantage of our cap space.

I said multiple times that I liked Tage but I expected him to have a slight regression this year.

How is this about Chychrun?

Is Thrun worth at least a 2nd? Cause don’t we at least get that if Johnson doesn’t sign? And then if Thrun didn’t sign with us we lost out on that 2nd round compensation.

I was screaming my head off when we drafted Rosen over Wallstedt. I thought the whole reason we traded for that pick was to take him.

He’s not coming straight to Buffalo. (barring injuries)

That’s how I feel. All about value. If we get him and we give too way too much then I’ll be unhappy about the trade. But if we can swing him without giving up too much then I’ll be ok with it. He’s young, good contract, fits with what Adams is trying to do.
