Does make you wonder how they got zombies in the barn without others getting out..

I have no doubt that Stevie will be yet another Bill playing for some other team. What kind of receiver says he threw it close in? Silly me, I thought the receiver was expected to catch everything thrown his way no matter high, low, wide, behind or my new favorite, "close in".

I nailed it. I should be a Hollywood writer. Now that was an episode! That ending scene was crazy good. Talk about jumbling up the lines of humanity and inhumanity. They are sure setting Shane up to be one pyschotic dude. I just have one tad issue, the timeline doesn't support her being in the barn. It would have been better if Rick was saving her with the Farmer when Shane went schizo.. Talk about the mangling of right and wrong; good and bad; humanity and inhumanity.

NBC featured Johnson on the halftime show. Not pretty. He sure thinks alot about his supposed talent.
-
I just saw the Johnson drops.. Did he blame God again?

I'm pretty happy with my team this year. It is far from elite, but it competes each week.

Freddy gone for the year. The Bills are truly cursed.

My sense is that it's just a couple of months break. It'll be back for the May Sweeps. I think we are being set up to see the little girl coming back as a zombie and taking out the mother who can't put her down. I'm guessing Daryl takes them both out in an act of compassion. Or she is already in the barn; come to think of it, that would be a better subplot.

Oh I understand, that was why I said at most 70 games.. But knowing my Bills, they'll get to as close to 70 as possible.. I'm still a fan... Just damn disappointed that they seem to make one bad mistake on top of another. For every nugget they find, they make a mistake on another. I miss the Polian days. I sure wish they could find a GM. I sure wish Ralph would let the team go. What I find most frustrating is that the O-line is such a wreck-in-progress. I was not fooled by the great start as I felt strongly that a band of misfit toys would eventually play to their abilities. What I can admit is that I certainly didn't appreciate Freddy's talent. That guy behind a good O-line is a 2K back. This next observation may be totally myopic and off base, but it's what I can't shake. Why does it seem that the Bills are decimated by injuries every year? I know teams take their share of injuries, it just strikes me that the Bills take more, year-in, year-out.

The wheels came off the bus in the Jets game. Without sounding overly dramatic, it will be hard to see them splitting their remaining games.

Don't worry fellow Bills fans, at best, Fitzpatrick only has 70 games left in a Bills uniform. And the good news is since they are paying him an astonishing 10m/per, and they managged to beat a few teams to start the beginning of the season, they won't have to break in the next rookie QB phenom coming out of the 2012 draft. How can one franchise be so horrendously bad, across players, management and ownership for decades? decades...
-
That just makes the Bills loss to the Jets look even worse. If that's even possible...

Much better show tonight...

You can't make this stuff up.. Part of the PSU alma mater: “let no act of ours bring shame”
-
Well at least Nebraska denied them a victory today...
-
Buffalo-Dallas has all the earmarks of a 38-35 OT game.. Who is the Bills kicker this week?

Please don't confuse my statements for any level of acceptance on what has happened there. I'm am outraged too. I'm also on this planet long enough to know that you don't throw the baby out with the bathwater. The next few months will be even worse as I'm sure there is much more, and potentially worse revelations to come out here. It is sickening, no doubt. But you can't punish, well you shouldn't punish, the innocent here for the deeds of a few. There has to be a way to channel the university's Trustee response in such a way that is more than conscience clearing, face saving, window dressing.

If the President of the US can literally get caught with his pants down in the Oval Office and not be removed, then there clearly is no appetite in this Country to shutter the PSU football program. And since football and college basketball fund the remaining sports at PSU, it seems overly harsh to cause the women's volleyball team to suffer as well. There is a ton of good an institution the size of PSU could do. They are well endowed. Maybe they could push some of their millions to the homeless or abused or disenfranchised.

I'm fighting the visceral reaction to your post that others have jumped all over. Clearly Joe did take action. But in the scheme of things, he did enough to clear his conscience and save his university and football program. And nothing more. All the while, things continued. I would ask the poster to consider WWEAD? What would Evan Almighty Do knowing what Joe knew. Would you have gone to the next step, or would you have swept it under the carpet?

That's just what Jeffery Dahlmer thought..

Okay so last night's show... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz The whole pharmacy scene... Are we really expected to believe an adult male did not know what a pregnacy test was? And then is lucky enough to score in a pharmacy? The whole idea that herds of zombies walk down the road, but a farm house exists with these folks and they don't have the need to protect themselves? How do you not know a zombie is in your well? and finally... another 60 minutes and another show without finding one scared little girl in the woods. This series is going exactly the way I feared. It is drowning in character development. What made season 1 so compelling was the non-stop action of evading zombies, the life-death decisions that had to be made, and the cruelty of losing. Please get back to that...

Vanek-Man 18-0-0 I don't think I have ever seen that in the 3 years we've been doing this. It probably has happened, but it's the first time I've seen it. Outstanding! :worthy:

I can't deny that my expectations were low. There is enough evidence in this thread to back that up. I guess my point was that they were sucking me back in, like they always do when they start to sniff the win column. I'll be very happy to be dead wrong at the end of the season. Read what you want into my words, I'm enjoying the season.
