When Ottawa starts taking cheap shots at our players with a 3 goal lead… and the Refs let them without consequences… you know the Sabres get no respect from the league… No one to blame but themselves, their owner, and coaches… Pitiful.

No point complaining about the neglect of Pegula or the intransigence of Adams or the incompetence of the coaches or the performance of the players anymore… We’ve been doing it regularly for over a month…

We haven’t won many (any?) games down 3 going into the 3rd…

Poor Buffalo Sabres… Adams set us back a couple years, imo… His rebuild strategy… his roster-building, his contracts, his decision-making… amounts to failure… See the BN today… Even Lysowski is beginning to see the truth… Unclear the owner or Adams would agree, though… Pegula is enjoying his ride with the Bills… and Adams is wearing rose-colored glasses… Given the current reality and regime, maybe we make the playoffs in the next couple years… Unless big changes happen.

Adams says he is serious about winning, but his actions belie him… Success is not just about skill and talent… and neither is winning in sports… Intangibles matter… Intention, Desire, Determination, Courage, Grit, Moxie, et al… Think top athletes have these to one degree or another… Good coaching can bring it out in players… Our group seems wanting in this area. That’s on Adams and Granato.

You shouldn’t be surprised @Pimlach… I’m a pragmatist… Like I said, just my 2 cents… Don’t know what Pegula wants… Do know Adams charmed Pegula to get the job with no GM experience… Not working so far… Remember, Associate GM Jason Karmanos is an experienced Stanley Cup hockey executive… having existing relationships with the NHL, the Pegula’s, the Sabres staff and players after a couple years here… who can step in tomorrow as an interim or permanent replacement for Adams… Don’t know how he is valued in-house, though. The next handful of games matter plenty, I believe… If we lose these upcoming games, terminations of one or more will happen, imo. You can say you told me so if I’m wrong… Hopefully we win them all and set a new consecutive win streak for the season to build on.
