The point is, it’s in there, PerreaultForever, and it’s capable of busting out at any time. It’s a big reason so many of us watch as many games as we can despite the many seasons of disappointment. It is really something to enjoy when it happens.

They collected themselves. They took possession in OT and never lost it. They appeared determined to win. Tuch in particular looked like he had something to prove. I think that is character. We need to see more of that team. Preferably in regulation.

Until we start winning regularly, we won’t get any respect from the Referees. Ruff knows that. He’s just acting out. It has no effect.
