Quinn… Boom… Dallas announcers think it is a high stick…
Yep.

Dallas announcer “Sabres loaded with prospects in their rebuilding that will go on for another year.”
More like five…

WGR 550 is broadcasting CBS Sports Radio … Sheesh
Just got the Dallas broadcast…

We have a losing team that is constructed poorly. There is pretty much nobody or nothing we have that I wouldn't consider in trade scenarios to change the make up and look of this team. Staying the course just won't get it done (at least for several years).
Agree 100%.

This is on the players not the coaches, IMHO.
It’s on both players and coaches… Coaches first period line matchups fail… and Players unfocused on winning the period with early offense and stout defense… Greatest failure it was not recognized and rectified all season long… just like the power play…

Fire the f-ing coaches Terrance.
Been banging that drum for three months… Pegula isn’t interested enough to eat management contracts.

The Sabres average point total per season, the 4 seasons previous to Adams: 74 points
The Sabres average point total per season, the 4 seasons Adams has been in charge: 76 points
So, Adams has had no impact yet… Full pipeline of prospects and roster of players… Time for Adams to show his GM chops and make a blockbuster trade or three this offseason.

When Byram got to Buffalo, he was.the most vocal guy on the bench and had some jam to his game. Within a week he was Sabretized by the culture. If that doesn't prove there is a serious problem within the organization, then nothing will.
We don’t have one veteran with fire who leads on the ice and the bench… A driver… Skinner is a clown… Girgensons is too quiet… Tuch is a wannabe… Dahlin is still too young…

Has Quinn been stapled to the bench ?
No… He just took an open shot in the slot… from the blue line…smh

Better O-zone pressure… Took a whole period and an intermission to get their attention.

Greenway delivers another no impact glancing check along the boards… smh.

A playoff team’s average age is at least 4 years older than Buffalo’s team. Even Detroit’s team is 4 years older on average.
That is the biggest reason this team cannot string wins. We have 3 in row as our max.
Sorry… No excuse @Pimlach… One if the reasons we didn’t win more than three in a row all season is we don’t have the right mix of skills, speed, and snark punctuated by a lack of winning veteran perspective… It is the GMs job to roster a competitive team… Adams failed, imo

Compared to the grit and effort I watched grown men play with in the Bruins Panthers game yesterday, our Sabres are not even close to competitive… Both Adams and Granato failed this season…

This team doesn’t miss the playoffs by a point, or a game, or goal.
It is an 82 game season, they’ll miss because of tendencies. It isn’t a league where a bad bounce here or there is an excuse. The sample size is too large.
Every time there is an opportunity to get some positive traction they lose/fall on their face. Happened last year. Happening this year.
Coaching.

Just tuned in time to see Kane split two defenders who looked caught by surprise…
Now 3-0… And Comrie is the back up… Geez.

Don’t agree, @inkman… Adams got so caught up in his search for prospects with “high character” he neglected to select for players with “high competitiveness”… We only have a few on our roster… We are loaded with Wannabes… No hockey mind is going to fix this franchise without roster change.
