The Sabres accomplished what they came to Calgary for. Got Krebsies a goal in his hometown. Job done, take the rest of the night off boys. And when is the last time the Sabres scored on a breakaway, or odd man rush???

Yes. Tokarski has a below 500 record, yet they kept trotting him out there. Houser shoulda been playing more. If not for Toker, the Amerks would prolly have a playoff spot locked down by now. Houser didn't have a very busy day, 19/20, but he was solid when he needed to be. And ftr, I didn't win any Bills stuff today.

Just got home from the Amerks 4-1 win over Utica. Hoping to pass out before the Sabres ***** show starts. The two dudes next to me today came from Buffalo. They said they wanted to watch a competitive hockey team.

I'll enjoy it more if he ends up in Buffalo, lol.

***** Boston. It's just really cool to see such a small local school make it to the show. Who wants to see the Terriers or Eagles year after year. This is already a win for RIT's program. ***** on it all you want.

Interesting fact about the game. AIC's first goal was scored by Jordan Biro, the younger brother of the Amerks Brandon Biro. Small world.

RIT wins 5-2 and are going back to the NCAA's for the first time in 8 years. I really hope TP and KA got a whiff of this. The sold out crowd of 4,300 was going nuts and chanting. Really want that atmosphere back in Buffalo. Somehow, I'm not expecting it anytime soon with this regime.

Cloud streets are a real thing around water. Just hope that it's near normal temps, or warmer on Apr 8th. If cooler air is blowing across lake Erie, it could be cloudy out around the lakeshore, but total blue skies 5-10 miles inland. Yes, I'm a weather nerd. I have a wide open view of the sky from my driveway, and I'm inland. Just praying for good weather. I'll be in a lawn chair just chilling. Won't be drinking though. 3-2 Tigers after 2. It's a great night for local college hockey. Hobart is also playing tonight, they are going for back to back D-3 championships right now. College hockey in Upstate NY is thriving. I bet RIT could hang with the Sabres right now. They have a great goalie in Scarfone.
