Decent game from GB. Liam Kirk is a star - hope he makes the transition to Utah. Byram was good, Cozens and Power didn’t really stand out. Bunting is arse. Slashing players all game, then looks like he’s been shot when O’Connor laid the shoulder into him.

Power needs to toughen up. When GB are getting more physical he’s making more mistakes.

GB are running out of gas. The adrenaline has worn off Didn’t realise Guenther was as big as he is.

Dang. Hagel and now Bedard with goals. 2 more for Canada.

Survived the bench pen. Went on PK again. Then cozens called for high stick. When GB had their 30s PP Kirk steps up for opener. Get in. Dang. Bunting with the quick reply. Assisted by Bo Byram

My tv is playing up. 3-1. Missed the US goal, but caught Ex sabre Marcus Johansson with Sweden’s third. The US look half asleep

2-0 Sweden, Raymond. Lyon leaving high blocker open. Seth Jones doing a nice screen on his own gt.

Oops. Got my times mixed up. Missed the first period of Sweden USA. Highlights have favoured the swedes. Look slicker than the US team. 1-0 Sweden at first intermission - Joel Eriksson Ek. Minor deflection on the shot.

Current roster has 4 North American born players listed. They have spent time in EIHL. Not as many as I’d thought though.

Seems the Skinner hate is getting traction. Is he the most complete player on the team? No. But I don’t think the hate is justified. I think he will come out and surprise people under Lindy. I don’t think he is the the kind of player to be happy and sit in the press box. About 20 goals before Christmas. Mark it.

I think either destination is permitted. He was one day short of going to Roc this season if memory serves.
