  1. Took my step-father to last years Pittsburgh wild card game. 75 he was then, 2 knees, 1 hip replacement, I bought him all the necessary gear to stay nice and warm. My step-daughter and her fiancée are season ticket holders, they tailgate down by kettles, my step-father got lit up last year lol. He had a blast.

i just informed him we are going tomorrow, he’s ecstatic, started digging out his game gear while I was still on the phone with him lol.

This is a hard road to a Super Bowl victory. This team is ready, flawed defense and all, they are ready to crush those that stand in the way of that trophy.

At 54, every part of my being tells me this is it, my whole heart is in it, the time has come, starting with tomorrow our Bills are marching to destiny.

    GO BILLS!!!

He's the target cause he doesn't have a NTC until July 1

been listening to a lot of Canucks central and they are saying Canucks are looking for an Eichel like return and definitely want a centre in return

Cozens , Kulich or Helenius , and protected 1st round

No thanks. His production fall off is injury induced to some extent. We need a player that can weather 82. 2 pennies added.

IDK - the Sens are certainly higher in the standings with games in hand.  I expected a much better showing from them, but I guess any team can screw the pooch on any given night.

Wow…listen to the Sen’s fans booing their team…..brings a smile to my face

The standings do mean something, I agree. But the Sabres are miles above the Sens on talent, years of high draft picks assured that alone.

it has been, is and always will be how that talent plays on any given night. Tonight, it’s the Sabres, yet we still have the dreaded 3rd period to go. So hang on to your seats Sabres faithful, we need these players to learn to use that talent a full 60.

This is what's so infuriating about this team: they'll have nights like this where they will tease you with what they're capable of...then follow it up with several sludge farts.

They’re playing a team that is worse than them. There is no magic formula, they are winning because they should be winning, based on talent alone.

Imagine if Josh (and the rest of the Bills) do this ...

Take out Burrow in the WC.

Take out Lamar in the Division.

Take out Mahomes in the AFC Championship.

Take out either the Lions or Vikings in the SB.

The most earned SB victory ever.

Would be the greatest run to a championship in NFL history. And yes, I believe they can do it this year.

    GO BILLS!!!

  6. I give Adam’s a solid B- for his acquisitions.

He needed to bring in an impact veteran line 2 center and a veteran impact 3/4 stay at home type RHD imo.

He loses the A grade for those failures alone, he drops to B- from B for the Ruff signing. As unfortunate as it sounds, if the playoffs were the goal this season, Ruff wasn’t the right choice for the task. Ruff, to me in any event, looks like another development coach just a slight step up from Granato. Just my view anyways.

Power isn’t a pylon. He moves well for a big guy.
He is not good defensively today, but he’s also 22 and on a bad team. Struggling defensively as his age isn’t uncommon even for his draft position. And let’s not forget his GM has done him no favors in the form of a veteran partner worth a damn.

He has all the tools to be elite offensively. He can improve in front of the net. Actually I expect it.

I am as frustrated as everyone else at this craptacular season, but I’m not moving Power (or Byram).

I respect your input, we’ll agree to disagree on Power. I’m not hopeful for him. As for keeping them both, we probably will given the cap rise. But the thread does ask which one we keep, as of now, given performance to date, Byram is my choice.
