That movie came out in 1969.  Me and a few buddies “snuck into” the cinema at the Boulevard Mall with some girls we were clearly impressing with our street savvy.

I was watching that team with the Pepsi Bottle Cap on its crest back then. Good times.

I was brought in to this world in late 70. Raised primarily with my grandparents, so I was weened on the "Golden Era" hollywood.

I want to live in a world where I can even dream of a scenario where they

    a) trade Eric Comrie for anything

    b) package him with some of our other prized possessions like Okposo, Girgensons or Erik Johnson

Erik Johnson is playing light years worse than Jacob freaking Bryson.  Let that sink in for a minute.

Ya, I have to admit, Bryson does look more engaged in games than EJ. Would be nice to see a package, alone I think he musters a 6th?, 7th?, future consideration?

can you write a 100 word preview for the Sabres vs Lighting game tonight?

"Tonight's game between the Buffalo Sabres and the Tampa Bay Lightning promises a showdown of epic proportions. With both teams hungry for a win, expect fast-paced action, jaw-dropping plays, and intense rivalries on full display. The Sabres, led by rising stars like Jack Eichel and Rasmus Dahlin, aim to upset the reigning champions and make a statement. Meanwhile, the Lightning, armed with formidable talent in Nikita Kucherov and Steven Stamkos, seek to defend their title with vigor. It's a clash you won't want to miss, packed with excitement and anticipation from start to finish."

Ah yes, them were the days 😀

He wants Tuch to sprout wings and fly

An aggravating game all around; team plays a solid 1st and 3rd against one of the best in the league; UPL stones up the 2nd and yet we still lose since the refs have no idea what a ***** penalty is and have tissue paper skin. They can all go ***** off a short pier

I agree Tuch played hard. They all played hard. I also agree with @Getpucksdeep, the team is to much pretty identity.

It was officiating that lost them this game though. They had several chances to score, Skinner being the brightest example. They didn't capitalize. It's a theme thus season. Call it snake bitten, bad puck luck, whatever it's called it equals L's instead of W's in some cases. This game being one of those cases

Never forget, ham sandwich hammered for a full season that Evan Rodriguez was an "ahl player".

Also all these ex-sabres on FL are complimentary parts not leaders. Similar to Vegas.

Tkachuk, Barkov, Ekbald are very strong leaders that set the tone for their team (so softies like Reinhart and Montour can play their pretty game).  The Sabres have Okposo, Thompson and Dahlin to match that? Standings make complete sense.

    BINGO!!!!

We have a good bingo. Are there any other winners? Any other winners?

That closes up game 58, regular bingo. Next up is the round Robin. Regular bingo or 4 corners with 12 passes in the O zone before losing the puck, paying 20 buck.

Good luck. And our first number 8s?
