No surprises here. Some have been crooning it for awhile now.

The coaching staff is equally to blame for the current state of the team just as the players themselves are. As many are saying, there is no accountability, that starts with the players holding themselves and their teammates accountable, but it also is the coaching staffs responsibility to do so as well. Take a look at what happens when coaching changes are made elsewhere. Does the change make a positive impact, and if so, how often? If it does, is there a coach available now that can assemble a staff, come in, and make that impact? Adams isn't going to get rid of the roster, the next logical choice is the coach and his staff. The clock is ticking, there is still time to make this type of move if it needs to be done. Since I started this thread, it's been time imho.

I want more than just a patrolman on each line for the youth. I want retribution for teams who pushed around our kids. Go out and get the top 3 knuckle draggers, make those in the league who feel liberties had no consequences pay. Start with Hathaway in New Jersey, cave his face like he did to Cozens. The debt, it is owed, the price, needs to be paid.

All I see is points lost in the standings race. I really don't care what the game by game detailed problems are anymore. Every day we fall further and further out of contention for a playoff spot. Different season, same results. When? When is enough of this *****?

You pay the price to end this mess. It really is that simple. And I don't mean that in an obtuse way. But the longer this environment is allowed to foster, the more ot will be engraved in the young guns habits and mind. You do what you have to do to ensure success. Right now, that's not happening, that's coaching and GM'ing.

Fire the coaching staff, bring in 3 or 4 vets, forwards, d men and a netminder with grizzle to their game, teach the kids how to stand up for themselves. It's obvious they fear their opponents, look what just happened between joki and a preds player.....we all see it, the fear....the fear to engage. It's easy to say "grow some balls" as fans, but when your on a team of fearful teammates, it's freezing them up.
