    Hope it was just rust for Clifton but yeah he did suck. 
     

    Joki is the same and he can’t be with Power. They share a weakness in the d zone when the puck is behind the net they get lost. 
     

    Bensen has good and bad. He is special, you take the bad for the good. 
     

    Johnson shored up his mistakes today and still looked good on offense. 

    Oloffson is toast, he’s just too much of a defensive liability and his good doesn’t make up for it  

     

    Other rookies didn’t do anything to impress today, they need Rochester time  

    UPL did nothing to save himself. If Comrie looks average next game he edges it out imo. I bet we keep 3 though

    He's looked much better before today.  But this is one of those burn the film games.

    Don't know.  But would seriously consider paying it.  REALLY wanted them to find a way to move up and grab him that draft.  Still imagining what could've been:  Dahlin-Jiricek; Power-Samuelsson; Johnson-doesn't really matter.  (Mix and match the top 4 however you want.  Doesn't really matter.)  Would be an all-time challenging D and they could keep that together for years.

    I don’t view his errors as forced. He gets into fugue states where he just throws the puck blindly

    Mittelstadt isn’t getting bullied off the puck anymore

    Comrie is the best bet in backup

    Levi is real. Benson is real

    Power is going to sophomore slump. Be ready.

    We are going to have a lot of roster battles everywhere. I don’t see how Bryson ever plays again. Nobody is going to be gifted anything except Okposo and Girgensons.

    That active stick of his is special. It frustrates me so much how many NHL players don’t do it. Even if good players can dodge it, it keeps the pressure on and that adds up. 
     

    Im sorry Skinner, put Benson with Tage and Thompson, he’s ready for 9 at a minimum. Will flourish if he can be paired with some size.

    That was 100% offense. You don’t win games with a -3 turnover ratio.  Gabe is predictable and easy to cover. Cook is playing flag football with his low effort out there. Josh was rattled from pressure from the best defense out there. He still had easy throws he didn’t make though. And bad turnovers. 
     

    Kincaid looked really promising though.  Defense was fine.

    One plays 30 minutes a night. The others play 18 max.
