This is really sad. But looking back we have been mostly a poorly run franchise and only have a had a few short lasting good teams. The 80's were mediocre. Could never get out of the first round. The 90's we had Hasek and Lafontaine but not good enough to win the cup. We had 3 good years in the 2000's and have been an unprecedented disaster since. 53 years and about 8 or 9 really good seasons.

Seeing lots on anger on social media about that game last night. Especially those that were there. The Sabres urgently need to get going.

This was a typical depressing boring game weve seen on endless repeats. I don’t hold out much hope against Toronto or Minny.

He did decent went he went to Vegas.

UpL has to be the worst goalie all time against break always.

Adam’s rolled it back and this is what we are so far. People had career years last year and that was not likely to happen again… and we still can’t defend or have improved the goaltending so far. Maybe they should have signed some vets. It’s seems to never end.

Maybe Terry should offer the fans their money back tonight out of sheer honor.

This is what should have happened on Wednesday as well. Total and complete domination by the flyers both games. Torts absolutely worked Granato.

This is not remotely even close to looking like a playoff team. Toronto will skate circles around them tomorrow.

Pretty much locked down so far by a much more aggressive Philly team. This is all coaching tonight.

I’m not expecting to win this at this point but I’d like to see two strong periods going into the Leafs game.

The fans want to embrace this team but we can’t yet. Efforts like this happen way too much. Remember the hardest working team in hockey? I loved that team because the effort and toughness. Not a fan of the culture right now.

Somebody has to start holding these guys accountable. This is beyond unacceptable. I’d rather have Torts at this point. He’s got a crap team playing at least.

This is an unacceptable effort at home after a pretty bad effort the last game that we got lucky. Philly is not that good.

If UPL can stay playing like this we will be ok with him and Levi.

Winning games on the road you don’t deserve is a great sign of progress. There are nights where that’s the way it has to be. But let’s skate better Friday.

UPL number one star. If not for two freak tips he had an amazing game.
