As an team, the Sabres have no clue how to defend the front of the net. And that doesn't mean knocking people down. They don't take away passing lanes, tie up sticks, block shots, lean on guys in front. It's just open season on the goaltender.

Sure, there's being ready to be an above average starting goaltender, but if the Sabres don't tighten up their defensive play, Levi will have to be an all star for the Sabres to win. That's even more pressure on a 21 year old.

If he's not ready yet to be an NHL starter, the Sabres are screwed this year. And that's not on him, it's on Adams.
