I hate seeing guys get hurt, but I love the head shaking and ginger steps the Bruins are taking after strong checks from MULTIPLE sabres
and as I type this....GOAL!!!!
Eric Staal might be in the line up tonight...1/2 of my goal scoring noshows (the other being Gaborik)
I might not get blown out on goals this week, woot!
Sorry guys I picked up coaching Jr High Soccer this past season and it left me little time to update my team. I'll be more active in the coming weeks as tonight was our last game so I can spend less time worrying about my IRL roster and more time about my fantasy one.
The whole (lack of) quality shots thing is something that I've noticed all season...I believe one game I described it as looking like they were shooting with cooked noodles.
Absolutely no power and ZERO placement. Some of the shots have missed the net by more than the distance to the net and not in a shot-pass kind of way.
Stewart placing 4 shots in under 30 seconds into the shins of the defense is just icing on the cake.
I just saw them a week back at the Armory when they opened for Judas Priest; other than coming on 1h30 later than they were supposed to I enjoyed it.
The team looks like they have an extra step in them tonight...and they score as I type this!
Why all the easy wristers? They are either going into the shins of defenders or the chest of Anderson...lets get a shot that looks like it was taken with something other than a wet noodle
EDIT: There is a full on caveman/duck dynasty cast member behind Nolan in the stands
