    Not an upgrade, they’re ECHL players and will probably play in Jacksonville. The Amerks have a lot of defensemen, perhaps Poolman asked for a trade to get more playing time.

    Since they’ve played most of their games for ECHL Wheeling, they may end up playing in Jacksonville.

    Because Marty is filling in for Ray, and Kaleta works in the Sabres organization as a youth hockey ambassador, and coaches the Jr Sabres U13 team. So he’s available and on the payroll.

    Sabres now last in the East by 3 points, and 31st in the league. 🤢

    The problem with them winning is then they’ll act like things are better and nothing needs to change. Then after a couple of wins they’ll go into another slump. Rinse and repeat.

    Why? Reimer gave up 5 goals and lost the shootout in his last appearance. It was a good spot to give Levi a game.

    It was a back-to-back early game, UPL played the previous night, Levi was playing well in the AHL, and the Amerks weren’t playing that day.
