  1. Let the hate thread through you.
  2. He's smaller and got pushed off the puck by big Vegas guys all game, but Kozak makes their 4th line better when he centers it.
  3. In 2025, the Sabres are 10-4 at home. That's good. In 2025, they are 2-9-2 on the road. That's... that undoes all the good.
  4. I thought the same thing. And I wanted it to go Tuch, Krebs, and Greenway (the 2nd for Eichel was included in his trade). Though... I'm not sure Krebs has the hands Quinn does.
  5. I mean... on the one hand, Lafferty played quite possibly his best game all season. On the other hand... Lafferty?
  6. Lafferty in OT is a choice. But hey, when you can't use Cozens. Oh, Power/Krebs.
  7. Thanks, Luukkonen. TNT can't accelerate like Eichel can.
  8. Woohoo! Good screen by Tuch and McNabb.
  9. I think Powers' game/ceiling is Pietrangelo. But he could learn more by watching the other Vegas d-men and how they box out and clear their crease.
  10. Lafferty has looked like an NHL 4th liner today. About time.
  11. Terrible turnover by Pietrangelo. Zucker! Sweet. McLeod might have influenced the turnover... Need a better replay.
  12. One plays with power, the other is named Power.
  13. They may "want" to. And yes, Vegas can match it without breaking a sweat.
  14. Las Vegas broadcast just said Greenway had hernia surgery this season. Now, is that so hard? Just tell the people what the injury is. You're not going to the playoffs anyway, there's no targeting/protection necessary. Keep McNabb and you don't need to rush Ristolainen or Zadorov to the NHL. McCabe-McNabb would've been a solid 3rd pair, then later a 2nd pair when they grow up, if you can keep them together.
  15. What’s the likelihood that Joker has a better career from here on out than JBD?
  16. That’s what you said when Biggs (Bogo) and Tank left.
  17. Oh, good. Eichel is on pace for new career highs and VGK franchise highs. Norris already out. Fun. We seem to be made to suffer (by our owner’s design). It’s our lot in life.
  18. The whole point of competitive sports is overcoming blockers. Blockers on your depth chart, blockers for playing time, blockers of your opponents. Blockers in seeding and tournament brackets and angry opposing fans. It's right there in the name: competition. The Sabres set up an organization of non-competitive sport for several years. That requires undoing, but they're still not even spending to the cap because, "Playoffs or bust" or "We'll need the money for long-term contracts next year" --- because as we all know, the NHL hard cap rolls over from year to year. That's not how the Force Cap works!
  19. You take good care of your tank, wash it and wax it, rebuild the parts with a good supplier like Adams, make sure you have an engaged owner like Pegula, and it can last forever.
