I would trade him for Fowler or Shattenkirk at this point but I don't think either team would have much interest. Would anybody to Kane and a 2017 first for either of those? LeBrun says Toronto, Buffalo, Montreal and a fourth team got to make pitches to Stamkos. Detroit was not the fourth team, but LeBrun believes they would've gotten a chance had Tampa not got the deal done when they did.

Anybody have interest in Boedker now? I loved him before the deadline but soured on him quickly as the deadline approached. Pittsburgh's cup run with similar players in the lineup has me a little more interested if he becomes a bargain option.
