LOL it couldn't possibly be because they viewed Gilmour as he surprisingly effective utility 7D that he was while up here, and also noticed that post-surgery Bogosian is an abject nightmare on skates, could it? Nah, those people are too DUMB

Ovie has his second hat trick in two games. 8 goals in his last three games. Dude is 34

I haven't watched as much as I like but he seems to have d zone chops that made me question what could have gone so badly in New York and I'm not super interested in a winger's xGA and stuff through a few dozen games -

Yeah in this sport it's particularly "any given night" but we are something like 18-9-1 against teams below us in the standings the last 2 seasons, so I am hopeful. -

That's all of us every post, don't worry about qualifying any statements like that -

Yes indeed. Carter has thrown enough points in the trash. We can't afford to hope he fixes it at this point. -

Just like the Bills this year, even getting our butts kicked by Washington would be an invaluable experience. I understand the limitations provided by the in season trade market but I am happy Jason is still reportedly trying hard to help out his team because they haven't given up on this season and he should be right there with them, while understanding their weaknesses and what they might need -

Could only watch the third and listen to some of the second, and the intermission show. Seemed like a perfect road game, and like they've finally figured out how to handle Dallas' game in their barn. Traditionally the games in Dallas are among the most offensively starved games we play all season, and it's been a long time since we won there. Good stuff. Beat Nashville and we may enter February with some hope, and a mild side of shock. Jack cannot set his career high for goals on an empty netter, which is why the hockey gods made that shot miss. Credit to PA for being the first on the Lazar train. Let's get our snipers back and maybe find a center eh? tough to know how to judge a coach on under 50 games and I don't really know what I'm looking for on the ice in that regard, but what impresses me about Ralph's Sabres is that every skater sans Hutton and Skinner (who is understandable given his track record with and without Jack) is either playing as well as, or far better than, I expected them to (and guys like Vesey who isn't scoring like he did but has reinvented his game and is arguably more useful than the 17 ESG, defensive black hole he used to be) -
Pretty sure "Beltran's niece" said something about Torres being similarly wired up. I wouldn't be surprised at all if all of the Sox, Dodgers, Yankees, Astros etc were doing things on par with what Houston is getting destroyed for

We watch different games. 90% of NHLers don't throw checks the way you want them to anymore, and Reinhart does the bulk of his work on the boards being pinned by guys, the definition of modern "grinding" hockey. He's the only guy that goes to the netfront as well, and I've seen him score goals while being hurt by being in that area, like his first goal of the season last year. His reliability isn't a symptom, it's an asset. The rest of the stuff you said is made up, to paint a pretty story line. It's useless

Don't think I've ever done anything that makes me feel as bad about myself as this
