Tage has been hurt and had some personal stressers this season.
The biggest issue is the Sabres have tried to change the game that these guys play. Most of the team is offensive minded first. The coaches and management really had the playoff as the only goal this season. After missing by 1 point last year with a great offense they decided to have every player tighten it up defencively. It has not gone very well for any of them.

I was a fervent Bills fan until about the 6-7 yr mark of irrelevance. They have been a top team for what, 4 seasons now? I don’t make a point of staying up to watch the prime time games. It’s not important to me anymore. Not even the ones that are truly meaningful. I check the score first thing in the morning.
So, I don’t know. I don’t know if it grows back, or if reprioritizing is long term. I suspect the latter.
This is pretty much were I am too.

The Bills handled a full Fins team easily in week 4. Miami is not at full strength and may rest some guys since they are already in. They probably think the 2 seed would be better and play at home for sure.
If Miami loses where do they land in the WC? Does that depend on the Jags game?
The Bills are playing well and peaking nicely. As mentioned, they have been in playoff mode for at least 4 games and probably 6.
This game is theirs for the taking, but they better be ready.
I believe they will be ready and they will dominate.
