Value wise its bad? A linebacker who has had two major injuries, missed last season, for an elite pro bowl player is bad value??? You can dislike the trade but the value is certainly on our side. And so what if we need to add a depth piece to our LB core? We have the draft and free agency. Know what we weren't getting at the draft or free agency, a top 3 26-year old pro bowl RB. If you want to be a runnign team built around the run, you have to have a good RB. We just got one of the best

Well most people think stewart was worth a second. We got a second....so I think that is "close" to what he is worth. If it wasn't close, do you think GMTM was just laughing and refusing to take a better return? Today we got a 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 7th, and a low level prospect for Stewart, Neuvirth, Flynn, and Mitchell. IF that isn't close to value, then you should also be really confused how this team is in 30th with those studs

Well go compare Yandle, Vermette, Michalek, and Summers to Stewart, Neuvirth, Flynn, and Mitchell. Do you think the returns aren't comparable because the players arent comparable or is it that our GM waited too long and didn't do a good enough job? The returns shouldn't be even comparable because Yandle and Stewart aren't close to comparable. And Vermette and Nuevirth aren't close to cmoparable. The reason we got better returns for vanek, pominville, and miller is because they are better players.

Just because what he got what was expected out of flynn, mitchell, stewart, and neuvirth doesn't mean he had a bad day. Where is the logic in that? To have a good day you have to win a brian flynn trade or something?
