He did it more than just on his way out. Delta Bravo in the first degree.

Agree. And I’m sorry but if you are a fan of a player more than a fan of the team …. Seeeee ya. No skin off my ear lobes.

    Yes, that guy.

I enjoyed his posts, and I’ve never liked the pack-rat mentality around here.

Corey Pronman of the Athletic just ranked the Sabres with the absolute best prospect pool in all the NHL.   Under 22 years.  So while our team may be struggling, there is unanimous sentiment that the prospects are well above average.

Yes, but we have also been down this road before.

Didn’t he say the Sabres had the top prospect pool like 5 years ago, around the Bailey and Baptiste time? Or the Grigorenko and Zadorov time? Rasmus and Zemgus, then Samson and John?

Can we ever catch a break, ever? We play hard, doesn’t matter. We draw what should be a penalty, no calls. We shoot and it hits the post or crossbar or miraculous gains sentience and walks off the ice with a top hat singing Ragtime Gal.

Other team, shoots a puck and it will literally heat seek to the back of our net regardless of circumstances.

The constant monster rebounds Comrie was giving up were not helping.

ODB hasn’t been a number one receiver since 2019.
2020 319 yards receiving and ACL tear

    2021 537 yards receiving.

    2022 ACL tear

He has a nice playoff last year, but I would rather see Shakir take those targets.

If he's healthy (if) and if the terms don't hurt the team beyond this year, then getting ODB at OBD is a no-brainer. Setting aside what his production might be -- just having him on the field would further open things up for Diggs, Davis, Knox, and so on.

I always love me some Ol Dirty Bastard.

  5. So, you all want to get rid of a player with 6 goals in 8 games, and 3rd on the team in scoring?

Go ahead and take away the 2 EN goals, and it’s still a player on pace for a 40 goal season.

Also, who cares if half of his career goals are power play goals? Someone needs to score. Nobody is saying he’s a one trick pony because half of his goals have been 5v5.
