I’ve always liked the “keep away” tactic teams use in OT, even if it bothers other fans. It seems to be successful, strategically.

-Mitts looks improved. After last season, I had my doubts, but he looks like he’s moving along positively again. -Joki doesn’t look like what was advertised. Needs some work. -Sobotka...useless to this team, and probably useless for the Amerks too. -Olaf is an NHLer. He finds the areas to be open, and as we’ve all discussed ad nauseaum, his shot is ridiculous. If he’s kept with Eich and Samson, he’s a clear candidate for ROY, and we can drool over how many goals he might score. -YAY FOR GERBE! -Risto isn’t needed on this team. If he can fetch a positive return, flip him. Otherwise, keep him for now. -Our tendies need to be better than what we’ve seen.

I’m always pulling for Okposo, but wow, he played like garbage tonight. Wayyyyy too slow.

If Ralph has magic dust, I’d rather it be used on Okposo than Vlad. Also, Malkin makes 9.5 and plays second line.
