I don't think that quite fair. He hurt his shoulder in the playoffs in his draft year. Came back last year and played a full season. Got hurt in the prospects game missed some time but not that long and missed 1 game at the WJC

If I could take 1 forward off of the Canadians and put him on the Sabres - Pezzetta would be near the top of the list. How badly we need a player like this

I am definitely impatient for Adams to do something I don't need to blow it up. Actually I think that when it comes to the roster, most of the heavy lifting has been done Things have regressed, there is no way a team with this much firepower should be one of the worst teams on the PP. fire Ellis or bring in an additional assistant coach who has experience at the the NHL level Adams has 4 A grade prospects in Östlund, Rosen, Kulich and Savoie. With the age and contract situation of the current top 9, there isn't enough openings for all 4. One, if not two, of these prospects need to used as trade bait to get another legit top 4 dman. maybe , the current leadership has asked Adams to give them a chance to right the ship? I have no other explanation except the Adams isnt confident enough to make a big move that isn't forced on him

The problem with KO at this point is that he plays on the 4th line and can no longer play that role. You want guys on the 4th line that forecheck and lay the body on defenders that will eventually cause the defender to wear down. When he comes back he should be the. 13th forward who fills in for injuries in the top 9

I totally agree. This is on the coaching. Too many examples of coaching changes turning teams 180 degrees almost immediately. ... Minnesota being the most recent example. playing fast is not a system, this team has no identity , it needs to outwork their opponents by a wide margin to have a chance at winning Fire the coaching staff , bring in someone that's done it before and can get these guys to play some sort of system And for godsake can fix the special teams
