  1. Im going to Trust Tim Murray and the organization to make the right call on these guys and ensure they do what is best for the future development of all the young players. My preference would be to make Rochester as strong as possible next year and dominate the AHL. Let them take a serious run at the Calder Cup in 2014-15. After some success there we can see who dererves to play on the Sabres in 15-16.
  2. who will be upset if Risto, Pysyk and McCabe start in Rochester next year?

  4. Good point about the CHL players. Today's game USA vs Sweden should be a good test as both teams have their best players at the Tourney. Jack Eichel - WOW!! what a player, the more I see the more I want!! Killing Penalties for the US. steals the puck, blows past the Dman, tremendous acceleration and gets hauled down as he breaks to the net Can I dare to dream of the Sabres landing both McDavid and Eichel?
  5. It wouldn't suprise me to see Nylander pass Dal Colle on some rankings. He is completely ripping it at the IIHF Under 18 Tourney 5GP 6G 9A +10+/- Great game tomorrow - USA vs Sweden. i think it will be streamed on FastHockey.com

  14. Let me ask you this. The best players the Sabres have are probably going to include - Pysyk, McCabe, Risto, Zadorov and Rudi Do you want them to take up 5 of the 7 slots on the D next season? Or is it better to have these guys continue to develop in Rochester? (OHL for Z).

  18. any guesses on the Sabres starting 6 Defencemen for the 2014/15 Season - I'm guessing we only only see Zadorov (only because he can't play in AHL) and 1 other prospect start the season with the team. The other 4 will be Myers, Erhoff, Weber and a FA who will cost about $1 million. I'd like to see them rotate the prospects - Pysyk, Rudy, McCabe, and Risto 1 at a time in the NHL. Give them all a taste but continue working their game in Rochester.
