This team is in the playoffs if he doesn't make the O'Reilly trade. That move alone, and the fact they still have no replacement is grounds for dismissal. That is the worst trade in Sabres history and he's still here?

At least Montreal, Philly and Toronto all won tonight so Botts has zero reason to even think about playoffs as the deadline approaches. Once they get trounced by Pitt on Saturday, the curtain will drop shortly after....

He got his money and I agree with Marty, he's not working hard enough. No goals, fine, but he is not creating anything out there with his effort....nothing. He should not have to wait until he gets his 2nd line center to show that part of his game.

I was going to post this and was listening at the time. I was like....FINALLY!!!!!! Exactly right. And there is ZERO reason to panic and get a #2C for the home stretch. This team is nowhere near playoff ready and if our GM tries to get that Center now, he will overpay by a ton since playoff teams will be in the mix too. The season is over so just wait another month and a half and pray Botts is fired that day

I cared for an entire 4 periods in the last 3 months. The Maple Leafs game 2 nights ago and the first tonight. I can't believe how stupid I was to even care one more time for this bunch of losers

I have zero doubt in my mind that the only team in the East that will be worse than us next year will be Detroit. If they win the lottery this year, that might be up for debate as well.
