The most frustrating thing for me is watching 5 on 5 hockey but we're hemmed in our zone like we're killing a penalty. They even go into what looks like a box to try and keep everyone to the outside. Yeah I struggled with that but he won that game for us last night. I think if our defence hadn't been playing like shite all year obviously Millers numbers would be better but he has fallen a ways. After watching the first 2 games I thought he looked in mid season form but that quickly fell off the rails. Luongo has been good but his defence and team defence has been miles ahead of ours. As long as this team accepts mediocrity in results and continues to reward management for the poor results there's room for columnists local and otherwise to question the decisions being made by the owner and by extension the management. A lack of accountability has been a problem with this franchise for years. Its within the fans right to hold this franchise accountable. The best way is in monetary terms but before it gets to that the fans voice needs to be heard. Bucky never said anything the fans haven't been saying for years. Sometimes in order for the owner and his ' people ' to hear it, it needs to be in print rather than on a message board.

People on this board have certainly been laughing at Regiers ineptitude as a G.M. for some time now. I've heard other commentators, hot stove discussions, and fans of other teams question his decisions as well as Pegulas decisions. Its about time Buffalo print media started questioning it as well.
