    Little late to the party, but wondering if anyone else noticed this on the Foligno goal; as Franson gets the puck at center ice, both teams start a line change. Foligno makes a bee line for the bench and then curls off at the blue line and takes the pass. Eichel let's the pass go right in front of him but doesn't seem to see Foligno to his side. Designed play? It truly was a thing of beauty.

    I tweeted out "the bank" yesterday. This way we just keep the name everytime a bank changes its name or merges. In keeping with the bank theme, and paying homage to the founders, not to mention it sounding cool, how about fort knox?

    I find this tidbit interesting...the sabres have had a 3-0 lead in each of their last 3 games.

    Little slow with this, but why give up possession to get the puck deep on the pk? There was very little risk of losing possession.

    Pretty sure he was telling him to gtf off the ice before he gives him a penalty. I believe he then reiterated that to everyone else.

    It must be exhausting chasing the puck all night.

    So maybe I'm being too critical. It just seems he doesn't possess the puck. As soon as he gets the puck it's gone, which is good if it's quick passes, but it's a dump in or a long sog or some other low % play.

    I find myself shaking my head in disgust EVERY time Gionta touches the puck. Is that actually justified? Or am I being too critical?
