All I needed was one level of improvement so I guess that's why it worked out for me. Didn't realize I was having trouble tracking pucks until I was just waving at them going by.

Wearing contacts as a goalie improved my game immensely. Tried to wear glasses but contacts were just the right way to go. Glasses fogged, got sweat droplets on them. I also needed the widest viewing range possible. Might be different for you

Just got home and saw that Islander goal. I think Hutton needs to sacrifice a chicken to Jobu. He is having the worst luck.

Curious how quickly the NCAA came around to this after the State of California pressed the issue.

I'm usually the goalie defender but Hutton played a great yet awful game. He definitely makes some tough saves but turns around and lets in some softies. Goal #1 is inexcusable. Even though the gap he left on the post was little more than a keyhole, it's what the shooter saw and aimed for. I won't hammer him for #2 as much as it was mostly bad luck. But even on saves he made there were some blunders, as if his concentration lapses at key moments. He's got to tighten those up. Then again other players like Risto and Rasmus are just as guilty.

Rodrigues is not making anyone wish he'd stick around. At least Vesey shows some flashes.
