I don't agree with this statement. I'm sure he sees a problem. But his solution is not your solution. I don't think Adams is necessarily safe. I don't believe the Cozens trade and the Zucker and Greenway signings would prevent a change. But I do think Terry is not eager to blow things up because of the endless loop of failures. I think the biggest issue is the mindset in the locker room. It's the only way to explain how nothing changes despite the turnover and in players and coaches. Players arrive in Buffalo and pick up on a vibe that losing is what we do and that it's accepted and tolerated. As a result players don't give full effort, don't fully engage mentally, and generally get comfortable with losing. Players may want to get out of Buffalo because they are sick of losing, but they are the losers! They themselves are the problem! It's in their power to win, but they don't. Frankly I'm disappointed in Lindy Ruff. For this team, Thompson in particular, to not be aware of a delayed penalty call and not instantly know you stop the clock in inexcusable. The fact this has happened twice within weeks is doubly so. I would have taken the Sabres back to the Olympic Oval and bag skated them into oblivion. They all need a swift kick in the butt.

My point is even the most dire circumstances turn around eventually.

The goal is to find more levels of unbelievably bad luck and insanity. Own goal during delayed primary? Check!
