Woo hoo! Rome is burning but we have socialized healthcare! Gee, aren't we just spoiled and lucky like a kitty kat living with a wealthy widow. Why not just swap recipes instead of talk about politics, anyway? Don't you know that if you not down with the struggle to save the planet, obsess over homosexuals, and excercise your first world guilt in every possible permutation imaginable, then you're simply doing it wrong? Conform, my brothers and sisters, conform! And then conform some more. You're not anything but a throwback retread unless you give in to this modern perspective that we, here, with all of the money, sucking in all of the resources, have to pay the Piper for our successes and the successes of our forefathers (and foremothers, of course, lest we forget our fore-Uncle-Dave who was forced to live a lie because, at the time, he would have been beaten and chained to a tree if the others knew his predilections). Why discuss the obvious? It's boring, and wastes time, especially while the organic strawberries are sitting on the counter ripening, some already ejecting fruit flies, which are only trying to survive, like any other innocent being alive.

Anyone who would is just a hateful righty. Unless you have something nice to say about the poor, the misunderstood, your favorite for-the-people democrat (or, conversely, something mean, witty, or otherwise denigrating about the Republican whipping boy/girl du jour), why then you better stay out because you're just being unreasonable bringing up all of these things while the nation's first black president is on the golf cour...er...in the heavily fortified and entirely inaccessible White House.

I have never been able to get used to "writing" on a screen, or an input tablet for that matter like a Wacom. I suppose it's something you get used to over time, like any tech, but if that's the plan you're going to need one right away to get used to it. The machine will need to learn your style and you're going to need to learn the machine.

If you plan on taking notes, I highly recommend you go out and try doing that on display units in the store. I'm okay with Android as a basic mobile platform, and I am definitely not a Mac guy, but I prefer the Apple mobile platform and the reasons start with being able to type accurately and quickly.

Definitely not the same player; Ennis hits and back-checks.

Keeping Samson up doesn't jive with the things Nolan has said about young players, and doesn't jive with the general statements Murray has made on player development. Murray has played lip service to the possibility of keeping Reinhart here, but I think it's only that. If the organization sticks to "the plan", we won't see Samson for two full seasons. Relatedly, we won't see Zadarov or Grigorenko for at least another full season. Player development is supposed to rule the day.

The thread is young; give it time.

I think it was Kim, who tipped them by baking a note into a pie.

It was always free until last year, if memory serves. I know because I attended several of them until they decided to charge last year.

Agreed. Well, maybe slightly rich for my tastes, but the market is what it is.

They have made all of the moves the die-hard hockey slutz wanted them to. I can't imagine what else they could possibly do at this point to try and make a real go at a Cup. They dumped all of the old players. The dumped most of the hockey staff, nearly twice over. Three times depending on the department. They came up with a more appropriate slogan. They even decided not to charge for the scrimmage this year. They are clearly, obviously, evidently, demonstrably re-building the team and the culture. What am I missing here? Goodness knows I don't want to be the moron with blinders on; what else can they do to make their sh#t stink even worse and the fans will think it's roses?

I'm reminded of the days when I dated Mrs. Sizzlemeister, before we decided to get married.

I'm liking Risto's game. If I were a betting man I'd wager he makes the team. I'm liking Lemieux, but he needs to grow more before he has the physical strength to back up his mouth. Grigorenko will need a year in the AHL to shore up his defensive game; he needs that pro experience. I like that the club is clearly encouraging the fiestiness; it illustrates the internal "culture change". I like S-T Pain, as well. Looks like he has some natural leadership ability.

Grigorenko makes face offs look easy. In the NHL, Reinhart would have had his head taken off by not paying attention to the play. I did not like seeing that.

A fight?

I love hockey.

There it is...looks like they're using someone's cellphone camera.

Dammit. It's this kind of stuff that makes me want to apply for a job with the Sabres. The lack of internet competency is appalling.

Buffalo SabresVerified account @BuffaloSabres We're aware of issues with the live stream and we're working on it. Thanks for your patience! #SabresDevCamp

OMG. My wife is sick so I decided not to go, thinking I could watch online. Fool!

Should we come up with a method of identifying fellow Sabre Spacers? I propose we go naked.

Ehhh, the CHL's prosperity IS good for the prospects. And the AHL and NHL. Just because fans may be itching to have person A here or there, doesn't mean the fact that league relationships may prevent such moves is a bad thing in the grand narrative. Fans just don't like it because they're impatient.

You forgot chronic halitosis.

But it's a nice, intimate space to watch. Loved going there.
