Wow! What a pace. For anyone who needs it defined visually, this is what you'd call a heavy game.

For me, it's the same reason I targeted Samson for trading: lack of consistency. He also doesn't play a "heavy" game which, IMHO, this team sorely needs. As you note in the OP, he has value, so we'd get something back for him. In a perfect world, I'd trade the Sobotkas, Okposos, and Scandellas of the team long before I'd trade Sheary. But...

I recognize they're playing Detroit, however I think this game, so far, illustrates how they can play when they're focused. Same coaches, same system, different mindset.

This supposed Reinhart blunder is ridiculous. Sam is not that kind of people and every single fan knows it. He was frustrated last night and the words didn't quite match the thought. This should be a lesson in how easy it is for the media to stir the pot when they want to and get a significant percentage of the population to buy into their narrative.

So, the trend is to not number the lines, which could imply importance. I get this, as it's the Millennial way. I wouldn't necessarily call it a demotion in this instance. You could technically call the Larry line the fourth line based on their role. I can see Phil believing ERod being on a hot-streak and using him to try and jump-start Tage. I see this as an attempt to get offense out of a third line.
