  1. I kept choosing "add" after I had already selected tickets and on going back to a few of them I got better tickets, including 2 in section 223 for the opener (an upgrade from the section 118 row 4 tickets I started with). On a side note. I would be a lot more comfortable if there was a pending transaction on my credit card for the games I bought yesterday. I spent over my "on-account" credit and the difference should have been charged to my card.
  2. I thought announcing the 30000 ticket thing was funny considering they were "reselling" so many tickets to Minipack holders who had our seats cancelled. The entire mini pack window, that was over a week was condensed to a single day. Its like announcing that the team held 20% of their practices yesterday.
  3. I received a message via the Sabres app on my phone with the code at about 11am. That sucks for you however. The email you received clearly said check your inbox. I understand you being pissed. By the way, I bought my tix yesterday (presale for mini pack holders) and the Philly game was pretty scarce in terms of available tickets. I would be surprised if there even were any put on sale today for that game.
  4. I go the same "already on file" message. I put in a different CC number and went through. However I bought an extra game, so my total was greater than my credit and I got charged for the full amount. I am on hold now with the sabres waiting to ask if I will get a check cut to me for my refund amount or if my charge will be adjusted.
  5. Finally!!! The Buffalo Sabres are back! We thank you for your patience and hope you are as excited as we are to get started. You purchased a Buffalo Sabres Mini-Pack for the 2012-13 season. Because of changes to the schedule, game opponents and game ranking changes we have returned all of the tickets you purchased to a credit on your account. Your Account # XXXXX has a credit of $XXXXX The Sabres schedule will be released on Saturday, January 12th. Beginning Sunday, January 13th at 11:00 AM you will have an exclusive window to use these credits to buy any games on the new Buffalo Sabres schedule (minimum of 4 games). As a token of our appreciation and in lieu of interest, we will be offering you an additional $2.00 per ticket discount. All this and a $2 discount!!!!
  6. It seems they're waiting for their staff to go home so that if we get the email and have questions they don't have to answer them.
  7. Have also heard nothing but good things. I have been in the lounge and paroused the dinner menu; was no more expensive then a number of other high end restaurants in town. I'm really looking forward to eatin there.... need to lose a few pre-Chirstmas pounds before going out to eat though.
  8. Thanks for this part. Did you hear this from someone "in the know"? I was wondering if they would scale the number of games you needed to buy.
  9. I heard Howard say this yesterday on WGR, but that is the only place I did hear it. This would be a Cluster Foxtrot! How are they going to do a "Minipack ticket pick" with fairness to seniority of pack holders in such a short timeframe. Some sort of email from the club would be nice considering how much of my money they are holding.
  10. Ruff and Stafford are in love? Darcy says Grigs burning a year of entry level contract is not an issue for them if he can step in and contribute.
  11. Thanks, I look forward to hearing from them. I'm sure its a little busy there right now. I'm really interested in seeing how they are going to handle the tickets for remaining games. The games I have chosen are nights I am available and for price levels I was willing to spend. I don't want my Saturday, Pittsburgh game replaced with a Tuesday, Columbus game and I'm told tough! Take it or Leave it.
  12. I've missed two of the games that were part of my mini pack (both in December) and have not even received and email from the team indicating how I will be refunded or handled otherwise. CBA or not, these games are passed. Were they not allowed to communicate with customers during the lockout either?
  13. I've been a mini-pack buyer for a few years now, usually I buy 7 or 8 games. The email is supposed to come out this week with deadline of the end of the month. What are the rest of you thinking about doing with a lockout looming? I was thinking of skipping Ocotber/November games just in case. I love getting tix to the season home opener, but don't want to deal with possible hassles with refunds and then not having one of my limited number of games to go to.
  14. Kassian was a tough guy in Juniors, he's shown very little of that in Rochester OR Buffalo. I love the idea of getting a legit center over a maybe tough guy winger any day.
