  1. Past hour
  2. Most obvious comeback ever I’m sorry lol
  3. Oh. Boy. We. Can. Only. Hope. For. Overtime.
  4. To be fair when they "put the whistle away" 95% of penalties don't stop play. It's tought to bring everybody to the faceoff dot and just ignore a penalty. The over the glass is both sometimes dumb but I also don't want it to go away. I don't want it to become a subjective penalty.
  5. The only infraction worth calling. They’ve had so many comebacks this postseason it’s absurd. You have to run up the score on them.
  6. Unbelievable game I had the oilers counted out
  7. But if the puck goes over the glass..
  8. Skate save to keep it even. No trip or interference on Lundell? Because it’s too late in the game for that.
  9. Is that why watching them play for the last seven years has felt like Chinese water torture
  10. That def kept Verhage (sp) from a good scoring chance too, I mean, call the obvious ones at least.
  11. The Panthers put in a $10M dehumidifier at ice level and the Sabres...checks notes...finally replaced the roof they were contractually required to replace after it leaked on fans for like 7 years.
  12. Another blatant stick hold by Edmonton not called. This is out of control tonight honestly
  13. My thoughts at this point are honestly to get McDonkey his cup and be done with this never ending nightmare season already lol. The days start getting shorter in 9 days for jeepers sakes
  14. Florida let them play a clean game. They always regret it.
  15. That's the one team that can absolutley light the lamp if needed.
  16. It’s the nhl in 2025
  17. They’ve been helped along by the refs significantly, including the second goal where an Oilers player was holding a Florida players stick for a full 20 seconds blatantly with no call right before the goal.
  18. Oilers looked dead. Holy crap
  19. Tsk tsk, Marchand. Should have cleared that puck.
  20. Let’s assume he won the Mitts trade. So what? Did it make the team better? Evaluating deals on an individual basis without putting it within the bigger framework of whether it improves the roster or not avoids the team aspect to the equation. My view is that we got the better player while the lesser departed player was a bigger contributor to the team.
  21. Today
  22. This is rather anecdotal but leads don’t really mean very much in today’s game relative to days gone by. I remember a decade or so ago a 3 goal lead was lights out in the playoffs 99/100 times, nowadays it’s just a field goal way more often than one would think
  23. Please tell me some of you saw that it was unbelievably blatant and that’s why the crowd was pissed
  24. WOW Edmonton player held that dude’s stick for a full 20 seconds before that goal hahaha
  25. You missed the point. GM's aren't low balling KA and just hoping he picks them at their lowest possible offer. That's actually quite a ridiculous notion. That's a really fantastic exaggeration on my post. I didn't say anything close to this. You did.
  26. It's pretty easy to be honest. He ended up with the better player, that's more valuable. You're assessment is incorrect. So you'd rather have Mitts? Haha
