It’s going on 15 years. If people haven’t stopped going, then I doubt the will now. He knows season ticket sales are way down. That’s probably why he wants 200+ events at the arena to help bring in some cash

Almost.  A winning organization hold themselves (management), and their employees accountable.  Accountability has to start at the top.

I assume that Stahl is helping with the day to day operational work and that Jarmo would be looking at the strategic planning.

Well both Stahl and Jarmo suck then because absolutely nothing has changed in the organization. At this point i I’m starting to believe they hired both for optics
