Here is how he might order his Whopper: "Hi, I'd like to order a Whopper, please. No onions, extra pickles, extra ketchup, no mustard, no mayonnaise. And I'd like a large order of fries and a large Coke. Please dress it to the nines." The cashier would probably respond with something like: "Sure, no problem. Will that be all for you today?" "Yes, that's all. Thank you." Rick would then pay for his order and wait for it to be prepared. When it was ready, he would take it to a table and enjoy his meal.
