Honestly, I would think if they really didn't care about the game or already decided it was going to be a loss due to their schedule that Johnson would know he's staying in so Flower can rest and the guys in front will do what they can. If the guys in front of him are tired I'm sure he wouldn't take it personally, and if they weren't trying then that's embarrassing for them, not for him.
