I never knew there is 200 acres of undeveloped land down there with just brush and small trees on it. Buffalo has an attitude and leadership problem. Having lived outside of buffalo for a long time and recently moving back it is all too apparent. The leadership vacuum is exacerbated by all the corruption downtown. A business literally needs to pay people off to have things approved and projects forwarded. Not too mention all the special interest groups like preservationists etc will slow everything making it not worth it.
