Albany Reading Muskegon Wheeling Muncie Based on? It sounds more to me like the country has voted more about hockey or winter sports in general, if anything. I believe the first 12 cities were NHL markets with the exception of Milwaukee. The next 13 were non-NHL markets like West Palm Beach, Cleveland, Cinci, KC...
