Maybe there will be a flurry of activity around noon...I hope! Most of the activity is usually around the end of the deadline and even sometimes afterwards (finalizing paper work and such). millbank Posted March 4, 2009 Report Share Posted March 4, 2009 Its good to keep in mind the time zone differences, with west coast teams being 3 hrs. behind, in many NHL cities its only 8:45 am. They need contact players, before deals are done, most teams do anyway, right you are regarding between 1:00 pm and 4:30pm. edit: another point also is the 12:00 pm waiver line deadline.....
