Ugh, our defense is really bad!

-2 so far tonight...getting beat time and time again this game.

VIctor knows it.

Poor play by the defense again. Have no idea why Dahlin went behind the line when the puck was on Pysyk's side...he left the crease wide open.

He needs to get better yes, but he's NOT going to Rochester. IMHO - he was less "bad" tonight vs. last game. Our defense group as a whole is weak, so it puts more pressure on him....which he is not developed enough to fulfill.

Hard to win when you need to score a touchdown every game.

Assuming they lose, this in on GMKA. I suspect he could have gotten Subban before today, but he went to the well one too many times with Tokarski. Covid strikes and here we are trying to win with an AHL caliber goalie.

Maybe a challenge by Buffalo.....offsides?

What am I missing here...."future considerations" does not seem the same thing as "free" to me?!?! Did we send a pick or what exactly to get him?

A question I sometimes ponder is does he have the offensive upside like a Phil Housley and also is his defensive upside better than Housley's? I don't necessarily expect him to be as offensively skilled as Wow-wee at the NHL level, but I would like to see him improve in his own end asap. Too many turnovers and backing in too much should be correctable things. In my best case scenario, I'd love to see him develop into a Nick Lidstrom type defender.

Hope the equipment manager can set him up with something to protect his wrists and hands.

Sorry, but no matter how bad this team finishes, our odds are not great to get him.

Defense overall played poorly in front of Tokarski as well.

Murray and Okposo are +1 tonight...not sure any other players are positive. Not surprising a lot of players in the negative....Asplund and Joki are both -3 tonight.

He also had a shift in the 2nd where he was very active physically in his zone. Almost like he was playing angry....looked good!
