Oh how I long for a couple of relatively talented, gritty bangers to replace guys like Eakin, Reider, and KO in the bottom 6. If Jack actually wants to come back and play ball, and if we can shore up the goaltending, I like the long-term future of the club.

Tell you what, I've been watching his pressers and he's growing on me. I don't know if he's the guy to take them a long way, but he's a regular guy, a hockey guy, that's getting through to his players at a time when they could have easily death-spiraled into oblivion. All I know is he seems to be the right guy for these guys right now.
