  1. The first sign that you are getting old.
  2. I just looked on the Maryland site.. No temp tags.. You need to go in person.
  3. And this from Business Insider on the Minnesota Health Exchange aka Obama Care "In a release on Friday, Minnesota Commerce Commissioner Mike Rothman, who oversees the exchanges on which Minnesotans not receiving insurance through their employers or government programs can get insured, said premiums will rise as much as 67% for some insurers. According to the release, Rothman said the exchanges are "on the verge of collapse" as Blue Cross Blue Shield pulled out of the market, citing large financial losses. This exit is indicative of the mood of the other insurers, who Rothman said are "prepared to exit this market." A 67% increase... Yikes... And the ticking time bomb of the Affordable Care Act is this: "Part of the problem is that the federal reinsurance program, which used to assist insurers that may have taken on sicker patients and endured losses, is expiring this year, removing a safety net for many insurers."
  4. Haven't tried, but I am pretty certain we could. That seems like a straightforward transaction.
  5. I should have said this was Bill Clinton not Hillary (I love everything Obama has done) Clinton. I can imagine this raised a few eyebrows in the Clinton campaign.
  6. Sorry to hear that. Must be a jobs things because there is no technical need for the DMV anymore. You could even outsource driving tests which is about the only thing I can think of where you need to be physically present for something.
  7. I do all my transactions here in MD electronically.. Wasting time in the DMV is out of the question for me. Heck we can even renew our licenses without stepping foot in the DMV.
  8. Who goes to the DMV anymore?
  9. ""So you've got this crazy system where all of a sudden 25 million more people have health care and then the people who are out there busting it, sometimes 60 hours a week, wind up with their premiums doubled and their coverage cut in half. It's the craziest thing in the world," Clinton said." Coming to a Republican commercial near you soon..
  10. Still, you said they were complicit with the US government allowing them to raid their plants and then have the US government look the other way. None of that was substantiated in that article.
  11. That's quite an indictment of a major company. Not sure I buy this on face value.
  12. For all intents and purposes he is in jail. He just has better bedding and meals... and access to the internet
  13. They don't need the Bills playbook. They know full well how to beat them. Besides Baby Gronk was let go after the first game I believe. He knows the Roman playbook and not the Lynn one. I would think teams have protocols in place to change play names when player defections could provide other teams with intel.
  14. Saw a tidbit this AM that Assange will be dropping his next bomb shortly and it will effect the campaign.
  15. Which makes watching the guys like Giuliani and Christie commit political suicide all the more interesting. I would really love to have a 20m convo with Giuliani to figure out what he thinks is in it for him? Sec State or Sec Def I'm guessing...
  16. After the first completion to Edelman that was called back for cheating, the Pats struggled to get him the ball the rest of the game. Kudos to the Bills for taking him out of the game plan.
  17. There is no doubt that TB will make a huge difference. But they are snake bit at QB this year, maybe it continues with a well timed hit.
  18. The day works, the time I am not crazy about. But since there is a majority for that time, So be it.
  19. Gronk is not Gronk and Brady is not there. That changes everything
  20. I reiterate that a person's taxes are between themselves and the IRS. If there is wrongdoing, it is up to the IRS to determine it, NOT THE NY TIMES. Why are people shocked that millionaires hire accountants to avoid taxes? Why should any human being pay one dime more in taxes than is allowed by law? If the Clinton's are mightier than though, why do they write off their charitable deductions? Is that also not taking advantage of the tax code, like everyone who has a half a brain does? ALL politicians should be required to put their holdings into blind trusts that are free of family intervention and interference. Chelsea should not run the CGI and Ivanka and Eric should not run Trump's stuff. Why is this so hard? The Clintons should have done it when she was Sec of State. If this was unacceptable, she should have refused.
  21. That was remarkably satisfying
  22. I want them to beat them straight up, without excuses. If they lose to them straight up, so be it. Expect to see a lot of Blount tomorrow. They better be able to stop the run...
  23. He only mentioned Risto, but my sense it was AHLers and others...
