I'll always love the old "Rochester War Memorial" because that's what I grew up with. But come on, ***** needs to change once in awhile. That place is a dump. Someone, maybe @inkmancan find me a seat without stains on it. Lol

JMPO, but when they so called "upgraded" and expanded the BCA, it was okay because they still got big crowds, for hockey and Lacross. But the expansion was in both ends of the rink. If you sit up top in the north end of the rink, you can't see the scoreboard. I do kinda like the south end seats where the stage used to be. You're right on top, but still can't see everything. That whole place needs to be razed and a new, more modern barn put in place with maybe 6,000 - 8,000 seats max. Something like the Verizon Center in Manchester, NH. My daughter's graduation was there and it was an amazing arena. Two tiers, with a party deck on the upper tier behind the one goal.

I noticed he was missing from the broadcast last night. Wonder if he got a timeout. He was way over the top with his homerism.

What actually constitutes a slash nowadays? I see guys get chopped like they're a tree in front of the net with no call. But all these little tiny baby whacks are getting called left and right. These guys call penalties just for the hell of it.

My daughter's had a gymnastics meet there years ago. Only time I've ever been there, but it was a real nice arena. Far better than the Blue Cross Arena.

I don't mind the whole gambling thing, as I've bet on sports in the past. But the way they are shoving it down our throats is pretty pathetic. While all these games are being played, they feel the need to give us the updated odds throughout the game. It's stupid and annoying. They are just begging for action, which they have absolutely no need to do. They are always gonna have their customers. It's like all the booze commercials. This country does nothing for people with serious addictions. I'm surprised how far we've come with squashing the tobacco companies.

Would anyone like to see KA make a run at RFA Matthew Tkachuk?? I'm not a huge fan, but he is the type of player this team could really use. I'm sure I could learn to like him, lol.

How the hell does Belleville support an AHL team? I know it's Canada, but that town is like the size of Batavia. And their arena is like a D3 college barn. Just over 4 grand capacity. RIT has a nicer rink, by far.

But Buffalo had to spice up the deal in order for them to acquire Bjork. That was another deal the Sabres got fleeced on. Hall for Bjork wasn't good enough for Boston, so let's just throw in Lazar. I always liked him.

That's the problem, you can never know when the glass might take a *****. It gets hit by 100 mph+ slap shots all the time. But 2 mins later a weak body check into the boards can shatter a panel at any time. I just think it's a safety issue. Fans pounding and shaking the glass to where 4 or 5 sections of glass/boards are flexing up to a foot becomes dangerous. I know the drunks don't give a *****, but if one of them causes the glass to break and hurt someone, that's a different story. That poor old bastard in Boston was just doing his job until a bunch of uncontrollable, prolly drunk fans went overboard and almost killed the guy. They said he was knocked unconscious when the pane hit him. And it broke in half over his head. That's pretty ***** up.

So many of these games have been lopsided. Only 1 OT game in the first 16?? When's the last time that's happened?

I'm calm as *****. Do you think players love hearing the glass being pounded when their heads are up against it? And why do some arena's toss people for doing it? If you can't sit/stand there without pounding on the glass like an idiot, then maybe move a row back next time, or slow down on the booze. Whatever you say

And if the NHL has any brains at all, they will not allow fans to pound on the glass anymore. You touch the glass, you get tossed, plain and simple.

Shocking, Boston starts playing dirty and physical and they are winning the game. And the refs are doing everything they can to give the Bruins a win tonight.

Never in my life have I understood why arenas around the league let fans pound on the glass. I think it's annoying as *****. Hopefully this changes it once and for all. My ex-brother in law got thrown out of an Amerks game for pounding on the glass years ago. ***** stupid they let fans do this, especially just because the play is in front of fans who can't control themselves.

Someone really needs to make Marchand lick white dog *****!!! Such a scumbag.

How do all these teams find 3rd and 4th string goalies that are way better than anything Buffalo has had in years? It's amazing how inept the Sabres have been at finding a capable tender for so long. So many of these teams just seem to keep pooping out goalies like a playdough factory.
