I figured this would be the most physical game of the series, right from puck drop. We still got time. And that might be the hardest McDavid has been hit since he came into the NHL. Props to him for popping right back up. Woulda loved to see Lucic and Kane go though. 😁

Ugly as in physicality, but that quick response by Edmonton changed everything. That's "what I am talking about". This game was billed to be an all out war. That hasn't happened yet.

Yeah, the Oil can score quick and in bunches. I wanna see a bloodbath. There have prolly already been a dozen fights in Red Deer, if not more.

This Flames game gonna get ugly real quick. Oilers need a wake up call. But so far, this game isn't living up to expectations.

I was gonna say the exact same thing, but figured I'd get lit up. They get just as many cheers from fans as when goals are scored. You also see all the players tapping sticks after some fisticuffs. It's kind like NASCAR. When the cars are in a train for 80 laps, it's boring. The last 2-3 laps when guys are going balls out and they start wrecking each other, that's when the races are most exciting. Those green, white, checker finishes are doozies.

You wanna see some pounding?? Tune in to ESPN at 9:30. I can't wait for that one.

He is a freak of nature, that's for sure. He is one of the best conditioned athletes ever. This not normal. Always hated him, but I wish he played for the Sabres for 15 years.

I was actually quite shocked that Sunday was a sellout. I was hoping to go tomorrow night.

Well the Bruins did let Borque leave for the chance at a cup. And most recently, they didn't offer Chara a new contract when his was up. The only way I see Bergeron back in Boston is if he signs a team friendly deal. But from his actions after the loss, it looks like his days in Boston, and most likely the NHL, are over. Like I said before, I don't think anyone will really know anything for at least a few months.

Im not a big Western Conference guy, but I am so looking forward to the Oilers/Flames battle of Alberta. That should be one of the nastiest series to watch. Lot of heavy boys between those two teams. Kassian, Kane, Nurse, Lucic, Tkachuk, Ritchie, Dube to name a few. That first game is gonna be must watch TV.

Like he's actually gonna say, yes, I want to play somewhere else 2 days after getting bounced in the first round. I'll wait 4-5 months, or until Boston offers him a new contract before I actually believe this. Never trust what a pro athlete says.

That was one of the most outrageous performances from a goalie I have seen in a long, long time. He broke the record for most saves in a game 7 before OT. He was unreal.

Apparently one Bergeron's old agents works for the Canadiens now, so he has that connection as well. I could see it happening.

Tony Amonte said Bergeron wants to play for Montreal next season. He's in the know and apparently let that slip out.

JFC, someone please shoot me. Leah Hextall is the worst announcer I've ever heard. Her voice makes my skin crawl. And the bag that is her color guy sucks too. These two are worse than Edwards and Brickley. And it has nothing to do with her being a woman.... She just sucks, really bad!!!
