I like the way Victor has quietly gone about improving his game (at least to the eye test, someone may prove me wrong with the stats). He seems more involved in the fore/back check and I hope that with an injury free year he can continue to to improve. A 50-60 pt session shouldn't be unreasonable.

Holy balls. They were awful tonight. Lost 3-6 They look like a time who are yet to learn each others first names. GT was hung out to dry on several occasions. They looked OK early on cycling g the puck in the offensive zone, but the players didn't look like they knew where their teammates should be on breakouts etc. On the plus side, young scottish lad Liam Stenton acquitted himself well for the Clan. Really love seeing guys from the amateur Scottish clubs coming through. Craig Peacock scores 2 for us in a team MOTM performance.

The season begins next Friday with the challenge Cup. Then we're into the league season. Unfortunately £15 is usual price for webcasts. That's the average ticket price for a game. The owner of the Clan franchise doesn't like webcasts. Hopefully they do a better job of the highlights this year. I'll post any as soon as the club make them available.

I really like this move. Yes we don't know what TT will do next year. However on the positive side regarding team chem/strategy if Tage produces this year and is a bonefide 1c that effectively sets up the upper limit for the contracts for the rest of the squad. Would they pay more for lower producing forwards? Would those forward expect more than TT? I think the gamble Adams is making here could actually help the overall cap structure in the future.
