I agree with Adams being a buyer and seller. The fact that not 1 move has been made other than adding a 4th liner just shows the level of incompetence is still running strong in the building. At this point I don’t expect anything will happen and if it does I expect another low level player that doesn’t threaten anyone’s job. We still have the same position needs we’ve needed for some time. A top 4 D, a face off specialist, some grit, and a veteran goalie who can win some games and until they’re addressed it will be same ole same ole unfortunately.

The thought before this season was playoffs and then who knows, maybe a proven HC who has been to a Stanley cup can and should be able to get the same enviornment you seek but with a bigger picture. I guess we could go back and fourth, if you think Ruff is good enoughI'm cool with that but I want better than him, that's just my opinion.

No but there are 2 out there who have. I get the swing and miss with Bylsma but I'd rather swing and miss with a proven HC who at least kjnows what it takes.

I'd just prefer something non nostalgic for a choice, no former Sabres, no former Sabre Coaches from the past, just a HC who's been there and done that already, there are 2 now that are jobless and I'd take either 1 of them.

My point is I want better than him, using us not making the playoffs in 13 seasons isn't a good argument imo.

Great work by the entire line there, Middlestadt was great along the boards, Tuch with the sweet pass and Greenway with a solid goal there.

well there is some good and bad to that goal... The good thing is we were finally standing in front of the goalie, the bad thing was it was our own goalie we were standing in front of.

I would definitely not want him back, he has only made the playoffs 3 times in 7 seasons after leaving the Sabres and has not advanced passed the 2nd round. No thank you!

Better: Dylan Cozens... I know he's everyones whipping boy right now but I love the toughness and I think he'll find his scoring groove again. Worse: Owen Power... I know he's still very young, last year he looked decent but something I've never really liked about his game, he's soft, I don't think I've seen him even throw a check before, he doesn't stand up for teammates and his defensive game has alot to be desired, things can definitely turn around for him but those are alot of qualities to just pick up over time imo.

The moment last season where Adams opted for development over playoffs (Which to me was the trade deadline), I immediately wanted a new GM. I think getting the to the playoffs would have been a huge boost of confidence and took the monkey off their back and didn't have to go into this season thinking about playoffs or bust, they would have already known what it takes to get there imo.

I don't think i could watch another year of this, I'm barely holding on as it is.

At least Peterka came to play this season, he's been fun to watch!
