Well, since we have no idea what was said in the negotiations, good sense would suggest that we cannot guess the message either. Unless you just want to believe the worst, and choose to be miserable instead of pleased that the Bills held onto a talented young player. Which would make you a Buffalo fan for sure.

I share you disdain for people who start too many threads on their own—have been a member here for years and at TBD for even longer, and almost never start threads. I also think the fact that a monumentally successful D-Co like Sandusky does not even get a sniff at a head coaching job after leaving PSU suggests that there was some wider knowledge that he was damaged goods. But that is just my speculation.
