This needs to be communicated: the players and organization cannot continue on knowing winning doesn’t matter and everyone gets a free pass. There’s nothing that can ever be done about the owner. We can try another GM who maybe can figure things out: there’s literally no harm in trying. 5 straight years missing while averaging 76 points a year all while torpedoing of late means Adams deserves to be canned.
