In truth, Sabres games are about the only hockey games that I've watched that a fair share of the commercials are for another city beside the home city that cable feed is meant for. Never watched the Penguins and sat through Philly commercials, it's just a little different, like the NY Quits commercials, different.

OK, so everyone agrees that having this year pick X is generally more valuable than next year pick X. Most seem to agree that Pick X next year is more valuable than pick X+30 this year (next year's 11th pick is more valuable than this year's 41st), but it's widely quoted that a 2015 2nd rounder is worth a 2016 1st. So it's more like this years 30th pick is worth around as much as next year's 15th pick, but the trick is figuring out where teams are going to finish next year.

Sabres beat the Habs on back-to-back nights over Thanksgiving weekend.
I benched the red-hot Carey Price this week in fantasy (in favor of Halak and Holtby...) because I am so scared of the Sabres beating him :D Can't wait for this trainwreck season to finish... It's really messing with my brains. Let's go, Sabres.
At least you have more than one brain to mess with, my lonely single one is shot, and yes I do put most of the blame on the Sabres..

Exactly. The Sabres actually have to win. Buffalo has been playing terrible hockey. And that may be considered an understatement. Not going to beat the Habs in Montreal.

Buffalo has been playing terrible hockey (CHL) = Good hockey in NHL
May be considered an understatement (in CHL means they should have lost when they won) = In the NHL means they should have won when they lost
Not going to beat Habs in Montreal (Loose in CHL) = win in NHL

My off the cuff statistics say their next win will be April 1st. Blow leafs blow are in Buffalo, it's April Fool's Day, they play well against the blowers. I do look forward to a regular start time for this game, and a reinvigorated Cody after his rest. It's all the positivity I can muster...

No, have you seen the skittles Super Bowl commercial? Weber used the skittles arm wrestling move on that check, it's settled.
